Hey, we've got you covered! At CyberNexus LLC, we're all about quality, so every new or refurbished product comes with a 1-year warranty. Here's how returns and refunds work:

Got 30 Days

You can send back new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives broken, defective, or dead on arrival (DOA), just give us a shout by phone or email. We'll send you a UPS return label—no hassle.

Need It Fast?

Want a replacement ASAP? We can ship it out right away. We'll charge you for it temporarily, but once we get the faulty item back and check it, that charge disappears—full refund, no worries.

Keep It Original

For a full refund, send it back in its original packaging. If parts are missing or it's banged up from misuse or tampering, we'll have to charge a 20% restocking fee, plus any shipping or repair costs to get it sellable again.

Changed Your Mind?

If it's buyer's remorse or a whoops-wrong-order moment, returns are cool, but there's a 20% restocking fee and you'll cover the original shipping we paid.

Quick Heads-Up

Orders ship fast—sometimes same-day—so we can only cancel within 30 minutes of you hitting "buy." After that, it's on its way!

After 30 Days

Returns are off the table, but if your gear's still under that 1-year warranty, we'll fix or replace it, no sweat.

DOA Bonus

Report a DOA or defect within 10 days of delivery, and we'll cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
